Your faith is the foundation, and everything else flows from it.

That’s exactly why Day 1 matters. We’re not just asking, What do you call yourself? We’re asking, What is your foundation really built on?

From there, F. I. R. M. walks with you through a practical, day-by-day process of strengthening your faith, filling your mind with Scripture, and learning to walk in the freedom Christ offers. This gentle but powerful approach sets F. I. R. M. apart. We’re not here to compete with or criticize other programs—many have helped countless people. But our conviction is that faith must be the starting point, not the afterthought.

Each day will challenge you to grow in faith, build new habits that strengthen your faith, renew your mind, and restore your relationships. Every day you’ll complete tasks designed to deepen your relationship with God while learning to confront the truth about how pornography rewires the brain, damages relationships, and numbs the heart.

When we root everything in Christ first, freedom from pornography is no longer just about “breaking a habit”. It becomes about building a life of purity, strength, and hope that impacts you, your family, your church, and your community.

We’re excited you’re here. This program will require humility, discipline, and perseverance, but God’s Word will guide you, His Spirit will empower you, His grace will sustain you, and the truth—both biblical and scientific—will help you understand your struggle and how to overcome them. Each week builds upon the last, helping you to replace old patterns with godly practices, until your focus is less on your weakness and more on God’s strength. Each day will end with a key statistic or study that reveals the real cost of pornography and reinforces why freedom is worth fighting for.

If you commit to each step with humility and faith, you will come to know not only what you are fighting against—but Who and what you are fighting for.
