To see men set free from pornography through the transformational power of Jesus Christ—restoring purity, rebuilding families, and strengthening churches across our community.

Mission

The One Lost Sheep Ministries exists to help lead men out of a pornography addiction and into freedom through Christ. With the FIRM 30-Day Program, I walk with men step-by-step as they break shame, renew their minds, and rebuild integrity.

My mission is to equip men with biblical truth, practical tools, and Christ-centered support so they can become the leaders God designed them to be—in their homes, churches, and communities.

Pornography is one of the most pervasive and hidden struggles in the world today and its affecting marriages, families and spiritual health. The One Lost Sheep is here to be a trusted resource for churches who want to see their men walk in purity, integrity and freedom. In turn, reigniting their faith to excel in their family, friendships, workplace and community.

Testimony

I was a college student at UNK, and I was living neck deep in sexual sin. I had struggled with pornography from a young age and went decades consuming more and more. After getting a life-changing wake-up call, I decided to follow Christ and this changed everything! Leaving behind the world of pornography was one of the most difficult things I have ever done, but through it, God has truly made me a new creation! My goal is to share my testimony and discuss the power of the Gospel in my life. In turn, display to those that think their life is over, ruined, or destroyed, that there is hope beyond your consequences and that life is worth living for Christ!

How we help

“The Problem is free and accessible, the solution should be free and accessible”

There is no other nonprofit in the Tri-City area or Nebraska that exclusively combats pornography while also providing solutions – for free.

Our FIRM (Faith Is Renewal of Mind) program is a free 30-day program. What makes FIRM different is the way we begin. Many programs start by focusing directly on the addiction. While that approach can be helpful, we believe true transformation begins deeper: with your faith. Instead of defining you by your struggle, we start by examining your relationship with God. Your faith is the foundation, and everything else flows from it.

We don’t believe in charging people to overcome their struggle. We are a 100% free service. Relying on God and His power.

FIRM Program

Faith is renewal of mind (FIRM). Firm was created not only to break free from pornography, it is a path to spiritual renewal, personal transformation and deeper intimacy with God. This is a completely free program. We don’t believe in charging people for rediscovering God’s power.

Church Support

The One Lost Sheep is partnered with multiple churches to combat pornography and to help men. Our main objective is to reconnect men to their home churches to find the long-term support they need. We are simply a means of bridging that gap. One sheep at a time.

Encouragement

A testimony heard can be a strong motivating factor for someone to seek change, but combine it with guidance and you get a recipe for remaining FIRM in your faith. I simply share what God has done in my life and the steps I took to be where I am at now. The answer to my story – God.

Is The One Lost Sheep Ministries a counseling service?

No. Our program is not clinical or therapeutic in nature. We do not offer professional counseling or mental health treatment. Instead, we provide biblically based mentorship, discipleship, and accountability to help men grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and find freedom from pornography through spiritual renewal and community support.

When a participant needs additional help beyond what we provide, we’re happy to recommend licensed Christian counselors or other professional resources.

Is your program anonymous or confidential?

Yes. We take confidentiality seriously.
Men who join the FIRM program participate in a safe, private, and judgment-free environment. We never publicly share names, stories, or information without permission. What is shared in the program stays in the program.

How is this ministry funded if the program is free?

We operate entirely through the generosity of donors who believe that freedom in Christ should never come with a price tag.
Every gift directly supports:

  • Free program materials
  • Outreach to local men and churches
  • Coaching, discipleship, and accountability tools
  • Ministry operations

100% of our impact is made possible because of people who give.

Do you work with churches or only individuals?

We partner with local churches, pastors, and men’s ministries to help them better support their people.
Pastors may refer men to our program because they know we offer biblical discipleship, accountability, and ongoing support — all at no cost. But men can also join independently.

What if someone needs more than spiritual help?

If a participant needs professional or clinical support (mental health, trauma counseling, marital therapy, etc.), we will recommend licensed Christian counselors who can help them at a deeper level.
Our ministry provides discipleship, Scripture-based guidance, and accountability — not therapy — and we gladly collaborate with professionals when needed.

What results have you seen from the program?

It is too early to tell. We just launched the program in November 2025.
